The Association is governed by a 7-member Board of Directors, whose members are elected every three years by the General Assembly of members. The current composition of the Board of Directors, whose term expires in April 2026, is as follows:
She graduated from Pierce & Deree American College of Greece with a specialization in Marketing. She also studied at the London School of Foreign Trade with a specialization in Shipping and completed postgraduate studies in Shipping at City University of London, where she lived and worked for many years. She has collaborated with various companies in the private and public sectors in marketing and logistics. She is the owner and manager of the multipurpose venue “Evdomos” in the center of Athens, established in 2010.
She graduated from the German School of Athens. She studied law at Albert Ludwigs Universität in Freiburg, Germany, and at the Law School of the University of Athens, and holds an LLM from the University of Southampton, UK. She has been a lawyer in Athens since 1993. She has worked at the law firm Holman Fenwick and Willan in London and in Piraeus. She currently serves as legal counsel at P.I. Kontellis AEBE, a company operating in agricultural machinery and general vehicle import and trade, and at Dromeas Development, which is involved in commercial real estate development.
He graduated from the Tripartite High School of the Athens College and completed a BSc in Finance at Deree American College. He also holds an MSc in Finance from Deree American College. He is Managing Partner at Insurance Guarantee Brokers, focusing on corporate insurance and specializing in life, accident, health, cyber, marine, motor, and travel insurance.
He graduated from Deree American College with a BSc in Finance. Since 1984, he has been active in his family company in the textile sector, Prestige S.A., where he serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Vice President of the Board. He introduced computers for the first time in Greece in fabric design and manufacturing in 1987.
She holds an MBA in Finance (2001) and a BS in Marketing Management from Deree American College and Pierce College. Since 1993, she has been involved in organizing and growing the family business KAYAK A.V.E.E., producing and distributing ice cream brands like KAYAK, CHILLBOX Greek Frozen Yogurt, and GOAT IT. She is also a partner, CMO, and board member of KAYAK A.V.E.E. Additionally, she is involved with URSA Properties in real estate development and management, and is an EMCC Senior Practitioner and ICF-accredited Coach.
He holds a degree from the University of Missouri in Electrical-Mechanical Engineering. He is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience in large multinational and domestic companies. Currently he is CEO of Amvyx, Chairman of Barba Stathis, Vice President of Attica Retail Stores, and Board Member of Ideal Holdings.
He studied at the Merchant Marine Academy of Oinousses and completed postgraduate studies at KE.S.E.N. He has collaborated with various shipping companies in Brest and London, and is an entrepreneur actively engaged in real estate management.
