What do we do at the Support Centers?

As part of prevention efforts,

in 1999 the Child and Family Support Centers were established.

The Support Centers focus on empowering vulnerable families with the aim of early identification of difficulties and potential risks of serious neglect or abuse of children.

They also aim to address the proven need of many children for educational support, which their families are unable to provide due to financial or educational constraints, while simultaneously developing their skills through targeted psycho-educational activities tailored to each age group.

The Prevention programs are offered to communities across Greece, from Thrace to Crete.
