Refugee / Ukraine Programme

We actively supported more than 800 children and mothers from Ukraine.

Since March 2022, we have hosted over 18 families in our Villages in Vari and Plagiari.

At the same time, since July 2022,

approximately 180 displaced families from Ukraine have been receiving monthly material support through food and clothing vouchers from the Child and Family Support Centers in Attica, Thessaloniki, and Patras. Additionally, 40 families in Attica have been supported monthly with financial assistance.

More than 175 mothers and 160 children

attended Greek and English lessons at the Learning and Educational Support Centers in Attica, Thessaloniki, Patras, and Heraklion, Crete.

A total of 110 children participated in creative activities.

Mothers received psychological support through drama therapy groups, peer support, and individual sessions provided by experienced mental health professionals at the Child and Family Support Centers.

Similarly, the Centers offered psychological support for children through individual sessions and the psychosocial relief tool “Team Up.”
