This is a strategic and hands-on role, with daily use of Salesforce CRM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute targeted digital fundraising campaigns (email, social media, display ads).
  • Create engaging content for digital platforms with a focus on storytelling, emotion, and calls to action.
  • Manage online donation flows through the website, e-payment systems, and third-party platforms.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Salesforce Reports.
  • Segment and target donors using Salesforce tools and the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP).
  • Develop lead generation strategies and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Collaborate with external partners for SEO, media buying, or technical support.
  • Contribute to the annual digital fundraising plan and evaluate its outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Solid knowledge of digital channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Moosend, etc.).
  • Experience working with CRM systems — ideally Salesforce — and understanding of donor segmentation.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, UTM tracking, reporting).
  • Strong content writing skills with a focus on persuasion and narrative.
  • Excellent organizational skills and experience managing projects or campaigns with deadlines and performance targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Salesforce NPSP or Marketing Cloud / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot).
  • Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Ads.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
  • Good understanding of GDPR as it applies to digital fundraising.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our work with children and families.
  • A dynamic, transparent organizational culture with an international presence.
  • Ongoing training and development in digital fundraising and Salesforce CRM.
  • A collaborative, creative, and impact-driven work environment.
